The Arkansas Parent Counsel Commission is accepting applications for a full-time executive assistant position.
In addition to administrative tasks, typical functions will include assisting with the preparation, distribution, filing, updating, tracking attorney contracts and invoicing, and maintaining a database of qualifications, trainings, evaluations, and other confidential information for current, past, and prospective attorneys. The executive assistant will also be expected to assist in developing or revising agency/institution policies, procedures, and directives based on research findings, compiling financial information used to formulate budget proposals and monitor expenditures, and perform other duties as assigned.
Applicants should possess at least some experience in child welfare, specifically in the area of dependency-neglect (DN).
