What is e-Traffic?

e-Traffic is a way to pay traffic tickets and Scheduled Plan Payments with a credit card for courts using Contexte. To pay online, you must:

Pay Traffic Tickets:

  • Go to e-Traffic at http://pay.courts.arkansas.gov
  • Have the citation number for the ticket.
  • Admit guilt by payment of the offense as shown on the citation.
  • Pay the entire amount due, including a portal processing fee.
  • Pay the citation using a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Card.

Scheduled Plan Payments:

  • Go to e-Traffic at http://pay.courts.arkansas.gov
  • Have the payment Plan number for the monthly payment.
  • Pay the entire amount due or schedule monthly payment, including a portal processing fee.
  • Pay the scheduled pan payments using a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Card.

  • Batesville, Independence County District Court
  • Carlisle, Southern District Court of Lonoke County
  • Conway, Faulkner County District Court 
  • Faulkner County Circuit Court, Juvenile Division
  • Malvern, Hot Spring County District Court
  • Mt Ida, Montgomery County District Court
  • Pulaski County District Court
  • Miller County Circuit Court
  • County Circuit Court, Juvenile Division
  • Van Buren County Circuit Court, Juvenile Division
  • Van Buren, Crawford County District Court

Why can't I pay my ticket on e-Traffic?

  • You can only pay tickets online for the courts shown above.
  • Sometimes it takes a week, or even more, for the court to get the ticket from the law enforcement agency that issued the citation.
  • Some violations, such as Driving While Intoxicated, require a court appearance and are not allowed to be paid online.
  • Be sure that you entered all the required information correctly, including the citation number, your name, and your credit card information.

How do I get my court on e-Traffic?

  • To be available on e-Traffic, a court must first be using the Contexte Case Management System.
  • After a court goes live on Contexte, the court must notify the AOC that it wishes to allow traffic ticket payment on e-Traffic.
  • The court should notify the AOC that it wishes to participate in e-Traffic.
  • The court will sign a Service Level Agreement with the Information Network of Arkansas (INA) to allow INA to transfer payments to the court.
