Per Curiam

Michael J. Ramaker filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this court contending that the Honorable David S. Clinger, Circuit Judge, had failed to act within a reasonable time on two pleadings filed in the Circuit Court of Benton County: a petition for writ of habeas corpus filed September 16, 2003, and a petition for writ of error coram nobis filed November 17, 2003.

On January 20, 2004, Judge Clinger entered an order disposing of the petitions. As the circuit court has acted in the matter, the petition for writ of mandamus is moot.

Petition moot.
