Per Curiam

Donneitha Bradford filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this court contending that the Honorable Victor Hill, Jr., Circuit Judge, had failed to act within a reasonable time on a motion to dismiss criminal charges filed by Bradford in Judge Hill's court on August 27, 2003. After the mandamus action was filed, Judge Hill responded by informing this court that petitioner Bradford's motion was not assigned to his court.

On December 2, 2003, our staff attorney for criminal matters informed petitioner that Judge Hill had reported that the motion was not in his court and that she would need to determine to which court the motion was assigned and submit an amended petition for writ of mandamus, naming the correct court. As there has been no response from petitioner and no amended mandamus petition submitted, the petition for writ of mandamus naming Judge Hill as respondent is dismissed.

Petition dismissed.
