Per Curiam

Tarsherick Holmes filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this court contending that the Honorable David Burnett, Circuit Judge, had failed to act within a reasonable time on a petition to correct sentence filed in the Circuit Court of Crittenden County, on May 1, 2003. On December 12, 2003, Judge Burnett entered an order disposing of the petition to correct sentence. As the circuit court has acted in the matter, the petition for writ of mandamus is moot.
