Per Curiam

Roger Dale Campbell filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this court contending that the Honorable John Putman, Circuit Judge, had failed to act on a motion to dismiss charges he had filed in the Circuit Court of Boone County on December 4, 2002. On December 1, 2003, Judge Putman entered an order disposing of the motion. As the motion has been acted upon, the petition for writ of mandamus is moot.

Petition moot.
