ARKANSAS SUPREME COURT
NOT DESIGNATED FOR PUBLICATION
DECEMBER 11, 2003
RODNEY BARNETT
Appellant
v.
STATE OF ARKANSAS
Appellee
CR 02-1166
PETITION FOR REHEARING [CIRCUIT COURT OF MISSISSIPPI COUNTY, NO. CR 94-372, HONORABLE CHARLES DAVID BURNETT, JUDGE]
PETITION FOR REHEARING DENIED
Per Curiam
Appellant appealed the denial of postconviction relief pursuant to Ark. R. Crim. P. 37. On November 13, 2003, we affirmed the trial court's denial of relief. Appellant now petitions for rehearing and asks this court to reconsider one of the claims of ineffective assistance of counsel raised in his brief.
Rule 2-3(g) of the Rules of the Arkansas Supreme Court provides that the petition for rehearing should be used to call attention to specific errors of law or fact which the opinion is thought to contain. As appellant fails to identify any error in the court's opinion, we decline to consider his petition for rehearing.
Petition denied.
