Appellant David Lee Edwards, who has lodged in this court an appeal of the order denying his petition for writ of habeas corpus pursuant to Act 1780 of 2001, filed the instant motion for extension of time to file his brief-in-chief. Before the time had elapsed to file the brief, however, appellant submitted it. As a result, the motion for time is moot.
