Per Curiam
In 2001, Willie Lee Moore was found guilty by a jury of residential burglary and rape for which an aggregate term of 240 months’ imprisonment was imposed. The court of appeals affirmed. Moore v. State, CACR 01-864 (Ark. App .January 30, 2002). Moore subsequently filed in the trial court a timely petition pursuant to Criminal Procedure Rule 37 seeking to vacate the judgment. The petition was denied after a hearing, and the record on appeal from the order has been lodged here.
Now before us is appellant’s motion for extension of time to file his reply brief. After the motion was filed, appellant tendered the brief.
The motion is granted. Our clerk is directed to file the tendered reply brief as of the date of this opinion.
