Per Curiam

Steve Bader filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this court contending that the Honorable David S. Clinger, Circuit Judge, had failed to act within a reasonable time on a motion for rule on clerk that was filed in the Circuit Court of Benton County on March 25, 2003.

On August 8, 2003, Judge Clinger entered an order disposing of the motion. As the circuit court has acted in the matter, the petition for writ of mandamus is moot.

Petition moot.
