Per Curiam

Michael Lenz filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this court contending that the Honorable David L. Reynolds, Circuit Judge, had failed to act within a reasonable time on a petition for writ of error coram nobis that was filed in the Circuit Court of Faulkner County on September 30, 2002.

On August 7, 2003, Judge Reynolds entered an order disposing of the petition for writ of error coram nobis. As the circuit court has acted in the matter, the petition for writ of mandamus is moot.

Petition moot.
