Gregory Smith filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this court contending that the Honorable Don E. Glover, Circuit Judge, had failed to act within a reasonable time on a petition and amended petition for postconviction relief pursuant to Criminal Procedure Rule 37.1 filed in the Circuit Court of Desha County. On June 2, 2003, Judge Glover entered an order disposing of the Rule 37.1 petition and amended petition. As the circuit court has acted in the matter, the petition for writ of mandamus is moot.
