Albert Bell filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this court contending that the Honorable Berlin Jones, Circuit Judge, had failed to act within a reasonable time on a petition for postconviction relief pursuant to Criminal Procedure Rule 37 filed in the Circuit Court of Arkansas County, Northern District. On March 6, 2002, Judge Jones entered an order disposing Rule 37 petition. As the circuit court has acted in the matter, the petition for writ of mandamus is moot.
