James Kenneth Anderson filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this court contending that the Honorable Jim Hudson, Circuit Judge, had failed to act within a reasonable time on a motion for transcript filed in the Circuit Court of Miller County. On December 31, 2001, Judge Hudson entered an order disposing motion. As the circuit court has acted in the matter, the petition for writ of mandamus is moot.
