Ricky Dale Smith filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this court contending that the Honorable James Hudson, Circuit Judge, had failed to act within a reasonable time on a motion to dismiss a fine filed in the Circuit Court of Miller County. On June 15, 2001, Judge Hudson entered an order disposing of the motion. As the circuit court has acted in the matter, the petition for writ of mandamus is moot.

Petition moot.
