MOTION DENIED

Dennis Glick, who is in the custody of the Arkansas Department of Correction by virtue of multiple felony convictions, filed a civil complaint against several persons and the Arkansas Department of Correction. Relief was denied, and Glick has lodged an appeal here. He now asks that oral argument be scheduled and an order issued to transport him to the court from the Maximum Security Unit where he is housed.

The request for oral argument is denied. Appellant has not demonstrated that the appeal cannot be decided on the briefs without the need for oral argument.
