Daniel Risher and Nikki Zinger were found guilty of the murder of Zinger's mother and each sentenced to life imprisonment. We affirmed. Zinger v. State, 313 Ark. 70, 852 S.W.2d 320 (1993). In 2000, Risher filed in this court a petition to reinvest jurisdiction in the trial court to consider a petition for writ of error coram nobis. The petition was denied. Risher v. State, CR 92-923 (February 8, 2001). On March 14, 2001, Nikki Zinger filed the instant motion asking to join in Risher's error coram nobis action. As Risher's petition was denied, Ms. Zinger's motion is moot.
