APPEAL FROM THE PULASKI COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT, FOURTH DIVISION

[NO. CR98-4364]

HON. JOHN W. LANGSTON,

CIRCUIT JUDGE

REMANDED

Appellant was charged with committing two counts each of aggravated robbery, theft of property, and first-degree battery while he was seventeen. He was charged as an adult; he moved to transfer his case to juvenile court, but his motion was denied. He then purported to bring this appeal from the denial of his motion to transfer.

We are unable to reach the merits of appellant's arguments at this time because the order denying appellant's motion to transfer does not appear in the record. Apparently, it was not entered until after the record was lodged on appeal. Therefore, we remand this case to the trial court to settle the record within fourteen days.

Hart and Vaught, JJ., agree.
