In 1999, Johnie Stocker, Jr., brought a civil action for judicial review of an administrative policy against the Arkansas Post-Prison Transfer Board. On August 2, 2000, the circuit court dismissed the action. No appeal was taken, and Stocker now seeks leave to proceed with a belated appeal.

The motion for rule on clerk is dismissed. Petitioner offers no good cause for his failure to perfect the appeal, but even if he had done so, there is no provision in the prevailing rules of procedure for a belated appeal in a civil case.

Motion dismissed.
