Kenneth Howard, an inmate in the custody of the Arkansas Department of Correction, has lodged an appeal in this court from an order of the Circuit Court of Lincoln County. The order denied a pro se petition for declaratory judgment challenging the Department's calculation of his parole eligibility status. Appellant Howard, who is proceeding pro se, tendered his brief after it was due and seeks leave to file it belatedly.

The motion is granted. Our clerk is directed to file the tendered appellant's brief as of the date of this opinion.
