Kevin L. Allen filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this court contending that the Honorable John Cole, Circuit Judge, had failed to act within a reasonable time on a petition for postconviction relief pursuant to Criminal Procedure Rule 37 filed in the Circuit Court of Grant County. On January 30, 2001, Judge Cole entered an order disposing of the Rule 37 petition. As the circuit court has acted in the matter, the petition for writ of mandamus is moot. Petition moot.
