Reporter of Decisions

 

The Reporter of Decisions is a constitutional officer of the Arkansas Supreme Court. Duties include preparation of a syllabus of daily court decisions and attachment of notes to each decision containing the points decided.

The Reporter of Decisions also creates and coordinates the publishing of the complete index as well as Arkansas Reports, an annual compilation of opinions from both courts.

The Reporter of Decisions serves as the Court's legal editor, working closely with the Justices and Judges of the Arkansas Supreme Court and Court of Appeals.
