Criminal law -- Sufficient evidence of aggravated robbery, first-degree murder, & misdemeanor theft; trial court did not err in denying directed-verdict motion where evidence was overwhelming that appellant acted as accomplice; testimony by appellant & other witnesses independently corroborated evidence establishing commission of offenses & appellant's connection; trial court had rational basis for denying motion for lesser-included instruction on robbery.
