Workers' compensation -- Baysinger rule effective in appellant's case; wrongful discharge; evidence sufficient to support jury's finding that appellee's workers' compensation claim was factor in termination; appellant did not present evidence showing legitimate, nondiscriminatory basis for discharging appellee; substantial evidence supported jury's verdict where appellant had no policy requiring doctor's note for absences of more than five days & where management was fully apprised of appellee's absences; reversed with respect to award of lost pension benefits.
