Oil & gas -- Breach of leases; administrative orders did not provide defense to royalty owners' claims; failure to enforce contract; no basis for reversal of award of damages; trial court did not err in denying directed verdict or JNOV where proof constituted substantial evidence to support verdict; supreme court affirmed on issue of duty to disclose; no basis for reversing jury's determination that appellees exercised due diligence; no error in trial judge's determination of venue; judge's decision to allow second closing rebuttal was not arbitrary or groundless under unique circumstances of case; trial judge did not abuse discretion in denying concessions; complaint was timely filed; damages for breach of take-or-pay rights; appellants' argument meritless. Following the State Bar Examination in July of this year, and the certification by the Board of those who passed the examination and met all other requirements, thereupon, while the Court is in recess, any Justice of this Court, after satisfying himself of all the above essentials, may authorize and empower the clerk of this Court to enroll such successful candidates as of the date such Justice so acts.
