Beginning November 15, 2001, full-text hard copies of attorney-disciplinary decisions rendered during the preceding week are delivered to the Office of the Clerk of the Courts for public distribution at 9:00 a.m. CST, on each Thursday, and are posted thereafter to the Arkansas Judiciary web site http://courts.arkansas.gov/professional_conduct/ at the link to “Attorney Discipline.”

SUSPENSION:

BRUCE J. BENNETT, Bar No. 92140, of Bentonville, Arkansas, was suspended for a period of (6) six months. Additionally, Mr. Bennett was reprimanded and fined $500.00 for his failure to respond to the Formal Complaint filed by Derrol D. Kirby in Case No. 2009-058. (6 pages) [PDF]
