Electronic Brief Submission Project
The Arkansas Supreme Court has created an exploratory committee to consider the implementation of electronic filing in the Arkansas Appellate Courts. This page has been established to show the progress of this project and associated documents establishing court plans and planned procedures for the submission system when it goes into testing. At this point, the submission system is being programmed with a projected testing date in early September for volunteers who wish to help us test the new system.
