Civil Jury Committee Proposed Instructions

We have discovered that the publisher erroneously deleted two instructions from the 2008 edition of the Arkansas Model Jury Instructions – Civil:
1504 Duty of Referring Physician, Surgeon, or Dentist, and
1505 Imputed Conduct
These instructions are still listed in the table at the beginning of the chapter, but not in the Table of Contents at the beginning of the book.
Each subsequent instruction was renumbered incorrectly (what was 1506 is now 1504, and on down the line).
You should consult the 2007 edition for these missing instructions.
